Salespeople retain full pricing authority — the platform's role is to speed up assembly of accurate, consistent, well-described quotes.
Year 1 covers two phases:
- Phase 1 — Quote Generation Platform + Chat Against Knowledge Base. Production deployment of the core quoting platform with Brehob-specific configuration, document ingestion, authentication, review workflow, and admin controls.
- Phase 2 — KPI Dashboard + Quotebook. Brehob-customized dashboard and quote-history search, activated by Brehob confirmation post Phase 1 production deploy.

- Renewal: Year 2 pricing and renewal terms negotiated 60+ days prior to contract end. Either party may decline renewal with 60 days written notice.
- Cancellation: Either party may terminate with 60 days written notice. Pre-paid setup is non-refundable; monthly billing prorated to termination date.
